AMEX Blue Business Plus CL went from $10k to $23k in 3 weeks?

So about 3 weeks ago, I applied and got approved for an AMEX Blue Business Plus card. Its my 3rd AMEX card. 1 personal (BCP) and the other ones are business. Blue Business Cash and now the Blue Business Plus. CLs are 12k for teh BCP, 3k for the BBC and the initial credit limit for the new BBP was $10k. I was happy with that. Today I looked at my available limit on my BBP card and it was $19k. Wait what?!?! I look and it says my credit limit is $23k. Huh?!? It went from $10k to $23k??? Did AMEX initially only release $10k until the card was activated or something? I'm just curious what happened. I didnt request a credit limit, I am under the impression you need to wait 3-6 months before you are eligible for a CLI anyway. I did get a CLI on my personal card...$4k to $12k, but that wouldnt explain the $10k to $23k increase. I'm not mad at it...lol...just curious.

Update: Called AMEX and asked them why the CL had changed. We determined that initially the credit limit before the actual card arrives can be diffierent because it may use a virtual card before the actual card arrives. Once th ephysicalk card arrives and is activated it unlocks the full credit limit which was $23k in my case.

WOW! That's awesome! I read after the inital 3 month 3x cli, AMEX has a 6 month requirement between cli requests.

my experience was the opposite. I had to wait 6 months before my initial CLI and then its been wvery 3 months since then.
