so I got this email offer once in the past and today I got this email again offering me to apply for the AMEX platinum card and I'll get 150k bonus points is this randomly and means if I apply I won't get the bonus points since I have one card already same card or this it's a real offer for a second same card and get again bonus points?

There are a few different versions of the Platinum and Amex considers each a separate product, so you can indeed get the welcome bonus on multiple Platinum cards. Sometimes if you receive a targeted offer it omits the lifetime bonus language, in which case I wouldn't hesitate to apply. If your offer does have a lifetime bonus proviso, I would personally hold off, since Amex is known to send targeted offers of up to 250k for the business Platinum. If I ever got one of those I'd apply faster than greased lightning!

What kind of minimum spend for 250k?

FWIW I got a SUB on my current (first and only, opened 2021) Business Platinum and got this same email about a second one.

I have received two targeted offers for Business Platinum cards and I received the bonus on both of them. One was an email and the other was a notice when I logged into my account. My first Business Platinum was one I applied for cold in March 2020 and I think I received 75,000 MR points for $15K spend. The second was in November 2021 and I received an offer for 150,000 MR points for $15K spend. The final one was in February 2022 and I also received 150,000 MR points for $15K in spend. I haven't received any more offers but I did get second and third Business Gold offers right along with the Business Platinums and was approved for both of those with 90,000 MR point offers also. I canceled my original Business Gold last year and might cancel my first Business Platinum even though the math works to pay for the card (2x$200 Dell, $200 Airline, 12x$10 cellular).

I think you should be good to go on that offer if you want it. It's a great card!
