IHG One Rewards Business Application

hi folks!

Recently applied (10/28) to the IHG Business credit car and got the "we are reviewing... 7-10 days" message

I'm at 4/24

9 months of business, applied as LLC

Fico 780s, ~$90k

CSP/CFF 3/23

Penfed Pathfinder 4/23

AMEX Brilliant/Business 5/23

Doing research the sentiment is pretty split between waiting for the letter or calling, also read that 7-10 days would be a possible denial or that they just need information, I did sent out official I.D. and LLC info that they requested on Monday

At this point I'm not sure how to proceed, be patient or call? what do you guys think? TIA!

Chase is usually pretty easy to work with when it comes to calling in etc....I say pick up the phone. Good luck

I agree with @cashorcharge that it's good to call.

There have been many instances reported here of Chase applications sitting there, just waiting for some identity verification or something, and the call moves it through. There have also been many instances where there was a denial brewing, but the call was able to function as a successful recon.

Me I never call, because I have a deep seated fear of being humiliated and having to grovel

did call, found out they still need my EIN document for the business, awaiting the email to send it out

hopefully it comes back as an approval
