Several threads from last year report them pulling EQ. Your credit seems good so I don't see why they wouldn't approve assuming you meet their income / other requirements.

If you go in branch and open a business account, the CSR will automatically inform you if you are pre-approved for any business products.

Note: the card you choose can not be product changed later, so stuck with final decision.
