Capital On Tap CLI

I recently purchased the business I work for and I needed a Business card with a decent CL.

I tried BOA and Capital One business options, but they wouldn't approve me.

I applied and got approved (after a long and tideous verification process) for a Capital On Tap business card.

I was approved for a 20K CL initially. I know they say they periodically review your account for CLI's (There's no manually request option) but for anyone out there who has one, how often have you gotten CLI's?

I have mine set to autopay weekly to get the 2% cash back, I've only had it 2 months but have charged about 30-50K a month to it.

Not too certain about their auto-CLI's. If you're pushing that much through, personally I would wait for 90 days and 3 statements to pass and then call them asking for a CLI versus waiting for an auto increase

Yeah thats what I'm thinking. If I bring it to their attention that I'm charging 2-3X my CL per month by use of weekly auto pay, maybe they will consider raising it a bit. 20K is a good amount but sometimes I get seasonal shipments that exceeed 20K per order so it would be nice to be able to not have to split their charges up.

I was approved for this card back in August. The initial approval was for 5k SL but, about two days later they sent an email saying after review they were increasing it to 14K. This happened before I even recieved the card or set up my online access. Since then I've been running about 2k per week, also on weekly pay for the 2%, through the card.

If I were you, I'd reach out to their customer service and see what they can do. I've used their email and chat customer service and have found it very, very good and responsive. The worst they can say is no. There is no personal HP for the card or CLI's so, no harm to come.

Keep in mind, the max CL for Capital on Tap is 50k from what I've read.
