If you feel you "barely got approved" going with your gut instinct is likely the best bet.

Personal Credit: Yes, they will run your personal credit again

Different Bureaus: Are you asking about different personal pulls? The answer is no. Are you asking about business pulls like Experian for Business? I am unsure though I would venture to say yes, they are pulling this in parallel.

Affects: Yes, BofA is known from borrowing from one card to create/approve another. Though not for certain or a guarantee, it does happen though I have not heard or experienced a pull from personal to business or vice-versa...typically these occurences stay within their lane.

Got my first Bank of America business card a few months ago, just barely approved. Planning when to apply for my second card.

So I'm wondering what's different about the second application vs. the first:

Do they still run personal credit? (I think yes from my reading)

Do they run any different bureaus? (I think no from my reading, unless you didn't have a business credit report before and now you do)

How can this affect my existing cards? (I think they could end up reunderwriting everything including personal cards, from my reading)

Generally, I'm thinking that I should let my credit profile cool off a bit before applying for another one. I was denied for "too much credit" and velocity-type reasons the first time around, fixed via recon. So I figure that another application might hurt my other cards, if I'm in a similar velocity situation when I apply. Thoughts?
