Hi everyone, my Chase Business Ink Unlimited charged off in 2023.

I settled with Chase. I paid $7586 for $15,170 debt.

I looked at the chart, did that affect my Business Credit in a negative way?

I don't have a DUNS number. Should I apply for one? Have I been missing out or have they reporting my activity to a DUNS number I don't know about? Is my business credit profile scarred for life?

I am in the procces of rebuilding.

I was approved for Amex Business Prime last year (Jan 2025) for $7K SL. I CLI'd it to $14K last month (January 2026.)

I'm honestly just okay with this one card, but I like having a non-Amex alternative for the places that don't accept Amex.

What are my options? Is going back to Chase even an option? I still have the same LLC and EIN.

What are better alternatives? Wells Fargo? US Bank? Capital One?

I would like a card where I don't have to move my business checking to them.

You'll have to wait another three years for Chase to reset you. AMEX won't do business with me and the chargoff was in 2011! Yet it's been so long they can't take a payoff either.

One of my earliest credit cards was a WaMu Platinum which was offered since I had a Washington Mutual account. That converted to Chase in 2009. My second Chase CC account was Chase Business Ink unlimited with SL $13,000 in 2017.

im still bummed I burned them. I actually charged off my personal chase card with only $2K. Once that charged off they closed my business card. Instead of paying it, I let the business card go to collections. Looking back, I should've kept both in good standing.

Capital One and Synchrony let me back in.

Citi did not let me back in but my Citi trade lines (Best Buy and Double Cash) was removed from my report.

You can try for the Synchrony Sam's Business card. I have a DUNS number but nobody reports for it. They only place that has asked for it is Google Ads for some reason. If I recall correctly, Amex or Chase asked for it for my first biz card application back in 2024 but I haven't seen it ever since them. Getting a DUNS = getting calls from Marketing trying to sell you on whatever they sell, I have not ever understood the value proposition. Based on what I have read back in the day (pre widespread adoption of the internet) they were relevant, today not so much.
