Citi Exec Office CLI Manual Review… the wait!

Called through Exec Office regarding our "SMALL" AA Credit Card Limit and the unknown HP for CLI when the Personal Card was able to get a SP CLI. She wasn't that much better (so far) then regular customer service... she looked at both the business and the personal card and was only able to tell me that it qualified for the sp CLI but this business account would need to have a review done.

I asked if it would be computer or manual

she said she could send it to underwriting for a manual review

I agreed that I would go fowward with the request if it was going to manual reviewed.

If this doesn't have a positive outcome I will be lucky not to close the account when she calls!

I called again yesterday and then the original lady called me back to say some guy was reviewing "many different pieces of information" so a decision had not been made yet and she would call me once one had.... I have NO IDEA what that means!

All that for cli..this is Crzy..

I hope they don't do that to me with mine when I get to 6 month mark..

My limit is 7k. My spend pattern is the following = 1.5k<5.8k<5.5k... For the past 3 months. I has always PIF...

Just checked account right now and still nothing... I don't know what they are thinking about... Just checked his personal account too and that hasn't been touched or closed so!

I was hoping for at 7k to 20k on mine within 6 months... And I actually bank with them and see how much transactions I have on a monthly basis...the made me a citi gold customer...

I have my prestige card which is a 24k limit..

First month I put 5k on it and PIF before it was due. This past month I charged a total of 26k and PIF before the statements cut.. Now I sockdrawered my prestige....

I use my cards heavy from sept to march... After that my season for my business slows down. But I have used all my cards heavy this year. I spent almost 700k this year between all my cards.....

Why... it's not fun too much to work to keep track of... Next year I'm hoping to have the plum, bus gold and personal plat, and hopefully just run all charges through them. So no charges shows up on credit report

well yes I would prefer to run that on just a couple instead of small army but it's such a fantastic way to push large amounts through cards to push for CLI!

maybe they wouldn't need to look so hard at this request if the card had been used but you would think with just a $1k line they wouldn't question why there was no charges!

maybe they are confused why a World Card was issued with tier 1 rates with just a $1k line! LOL

DECLINED. She says the credit department said the account is to new and they wanted to see more time before they would consider an increase... The account is about 9 months old. This is a first for me to see Citi just so terrible and stingy.

wow... U think they will do that to me too. I was almost sure that they wouldnt mind giving me a cli at 6 month mark. I have a 7k limit and ran like 15-16k through the card already..... I that would really stink... I wanted to push it 20k at least.

I have my prestige with a 24k limit.. I ran like 32k in the first 2 months and paid before the statments cut. I dont really care dont need a cli on this account.

your situation is completely different... I wouldn't worry about your cards and getting CLI based on this account...
