      <description>&lt;P&gt;use both, they had to locate my EIN and they use ther personal to pull up information on you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I used both.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're new to them, EIN and/or the IRS form showing the number and name of your business. &amp;nbsp;Or, if you have a business account with them. &amp;nbsp;Chase will accept *only* business account statements from them, and not from any other bank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
