depending how much business credit you have and revenue from business this card "can" be obtained with no PG but otherwise I would say high 600's to low 700's on PG should get you to an approval.

There are two commercial accounts:

Commercial revolving charge account and Net 30 commercial account.

The commercial revolving account requires you to PG the account, Citibank will pull your personal credit report(s).

I guess you need a score of 660 or more if you PG the account.

With the Net 30 you don't have to PG the account if your company is formed as an INC or LLC., you need to have a minimum of 10 employees and your company annual revenue is at least $2,000,000.00.
