Close CSP for Amex Enhanced Business PRG?

So I have my CSP for almost 2 years now, and I'm thinking of closing it (maybe downgrade to CS?) in exhange for the business PRG which offers 75k MR points if I spend $5k.. i don't really eat out as much as I used to and I can pick my categories for the PRG (3x on gas, 2x for other categories, 1x on everything else). I also plan on terminating my AAA to justify the cost of PRG.

75k,it it targeted offer?cause all i can find on PRG is only 25k.

@CarbonCard,

Don't take this the wrong way but that 75k MR points for a 5k spend for the business PRG is not a good offer. I received the same 75k MR points for 2k spend offer for the business PRG. So perhaps, if you are not in any rush you can wait for a better offer.

Keep the CSP it has no international fees if you ever were to travel.
