Citi Hilton HHoners Reserve account Link Problems

So on my Citi Online account I have my AA Executive card and my Thank You Preferred card linked so I have access from the same page, but it will not let me Link my Hilton HHonors card to it, it tells me I have to register another user ID for this one. Why?! Thats just dumb and doesn't make sense. I even contacted CS by chat and they told me the same thing. Is this true? Do I have to create a new user ID for this one? Any help will be great, thanks

Yes, it's true, for some reason you need a separate login for Citi's HH account.

It's irritating, but yes you need a different login for Citi Hilton cards.

Soooo laaaame!!! Thank you both for your help. I wanted to make sure, I tried for days and started going crazy so I finally decided to chat. Still didn't believe them because it seemed absurd but now its confirmed. Thanks again for the info

it's true, upto my 4th citibank account, Citi HHonors, Simplicity, Home Depot, and now Bestbuy.
