Chase CL re-allocation!

I had a Slate with a CL of 20k and a Freedom with a CL of 2k. A few weeks ago I called into the backdoor number and asked to move the limits around and they immediately said they would need to do a hard pull and then decide, obviously I chose not to do that.

Today I sent an SM asking them to split the CL to 11k each, saying that I wanted to use the Freedom's UR portal for my upcoming honeymoon. Within an hour or so, they responded saying that they approved it and they had already made the changes for me!

So if you want to move CL's around with Chase, SM is probably the best way to do it!

the rep you spoke to was just ill trained... they do a sp to do it not a hp.

Great effort to keep after them and especially thru the SM route for a Nice Result!
