      <description>So i am getting really annoyed at the fact that here everyone pulls EX. So i have 1 inq on EQ, 1 on TU and like 7 on EX. Asides from AMEX, can you ask other creditors to pull a different CRA perhaps in addition to the one they already pulled?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know you can force them to do this by freezing a CRA but that seems extreme and kind of borderline unethical. I am talking about having them do an additional pull so they don't get an inaccurate picture of your credit situation.</description>

      <description>No you cannot and freezing them out will not necessarily work. They can simply not process the app if they can't pull the report they want. Might be time to slow down on the apps.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Freeze it. No biggie. Sometimes they will pull another, or if they really need EX you can give them the PIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they refuse to correct inaccuracies why allow them to continue to profit from you?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EX report is accurate, but I would say not representative. When a lender pulls a report they assume that it is representative of your overall credit situation. In this case I would argue it is not. It is accurate though, which is why I think freezing would be kind of unethical.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Cards with really nice rewards/benefits seem to almost always be from Citi, Chase or AMEX, all of whom pull EX here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Anyone who pulls the other 2 will be getting the less representative picture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is overblown anyway, inq only count up to a certain number after that no additional fico effects are seen. New accounts will continue to ding though. If you have a good profile inq will not stop approvals (see Ron1).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
