What's your favourite sync bank card?

Mine is walmart mastercard. I can go into any walmart and pay it, and the payment usually posts instantly.

American Eagle Visa, because they have been nice to me. Last January had a 100 dollar limit.. Now im up to a 4k visa!

Dillards Amex, Currently.

Mostly because of the recent 208% CLI

JCP is my sentimental favorite, because my rebuild wouldn't have been possible without it. Acquiring it and getting my very first CLI also led me to learn more about credit. Two year ago next month, they pre-approved me with a $250 starting CL. Now it's grown into $3900! I do some occasional shopping at JCP, but I use it more frequently at Rite Aid.

American express is both a bank, and a network, much like discover.

Some AMEX cards are issued by amex centurion bank, others run on the amex network and are issued by whatever bank.

If you can apply for it on the amex website, it is an amex backed card. Easiest way to tell

Nope. You know about how Walmart used to have those WalMart Discover cards? Basically they were still run by GE/Synchrony but issued through the Discover network. The Amex cards that aren't issued by Amex themselves work exactly the same way.

And my favorite Sync card would have to be the Amazon Store card. It's grown the fastest with me and also comes with good financing offers. Paypal SC and Walmart are also great.

Forgot to mention, my walmart is chip and pin, but so far it only works at walmart. Tried it at kmart and a few other places, but i dont think they are ready for chip and pin.

My fav is my Old Navy. They just gave me a CLI to $1600. It's my most useful card since I shop there for my boys and the rewards add up pretty quick.

gotta to be my Sam's Club MC, started as the store card with a 800 CL, grew in 4 months to 4800, then 4 months later 9800, and then upgraded to discover version with a 10k limit all within the first year, and finally to Sam's Club MC with very decent rewards...

followed by my Amazon store card, no rewards, but awesome no interest deals, 6 and 12 months no interest just use the card, grew from 600 CL to 3900.

my Lowes card isn't too shabby either, approved for 600 CL, called imediately increased to 5k CL, then after a couple uses, now at 8k CL.

My 4th statement cuts in 4 days on my Amazon, Sam's Club & Walmart cards. Whichever one gets the highest CLI when I make my request will be my favorite

PayPal MC. They doubled my credit limit at 3 months, then got it raised again through the India version of the office that does that, and finally one day found I got another nice increase. The limit at this point is nearly 10K. I wonder when and what the next surprise will be.

I would say Toys R Us. It gives me 8% back with instore purchases. Rewards are hassle free now and I love not carrying it around as they can look it up at the register.

Sam's Club it went from $3500 Discover to $8000 Mastercard with great rewards just pressing the love button. In less than a year.

Walmart, definitely! That card never leaves my wallet. These auto CLI's just keep on coming them. Within the 2 months Ive had it, its gone from $100 to $700 and Im sure it will keep on growing.

Jcp. I've had it a few months over a year and I've went from a $800 to $4000 limit and they've converted it from a store card to a MasterCard without me knowing. Well technically they claim to have sent me a letter but I never got one. I didn't even think I used the card that much. I definitely doubt I've charged more than $500 total on it

Gotta say toss up between American Eagle and Gap. AEO went from the store card with $150 > to store card with $1k > visa upgrade with $5k - and my gap visa started with a $1k approval and with one quick call to credit solutions $6k no questions asked barely. Overall Sync bank - esp when was GECRB originally has treated me well once I got back in with them (initially with the smart connect loc which is about to probably get hosed soon for me as no rewards of any kind really).
