how do i move my limit from SM to Upromise?

Can I do it upon activation of my card? Do I have to wait for a period of time?

I just activated my card today.. I have way too much credit on SM that I won't be using so I want to move 5k from SM to my Upromise.. Which number should I call??

Another question is that if one day I became crazy and wanted to move the limit back to SM, is that possible? or is it unrevertable?

likely to have better results apping for upromise and then calling recon to have line moved
