Secured CC Hard Pulls / Secured CC Advise

Hi all! I am new to the forum and now I am addidcted to this site. I just started my credit repair and after reading some postings on here, I think a good step for me would be a secured CC. My question is , is there a list anywhere on here concerning what companys do a hard pull for secured CC's? I had a regular CC with with Navy Fed but it was closed by it come renewal time. I am still paying my balance about min. payments with them. I was going to try a secured with them, but i am not sure if they will or not at this point. Cap1 is out of the question because i have a CO with them (and Portfolio) that I am trying to correct. I am trying to limit my hard pulls. Does anyone have any advise as to which direction I should go? As far as credit goes, I currently only have auto and student loans on my reports (with some recent lates :-( ). Thanks in advance.

Most definitely check out your local credit union. Mine offered both a secured credit card and a secured loan without a credit check. They both reported to all 3 CRA's quickly after being established and continue to report monthly. In fact, the accounts were established the same day as I applied in person.

SDFCU does soft pulls for secured loans and secured CC . There's a few other credit unions that soft pull .
