Nah, it's restricted to those states if you apply without a relationship, but if you have a checking account with them (and it looks like anyone can open that online) you can apply.

But it's a 1% card, except 2% those first 90 days, and of course those local deals, which may or may not be good.

Nothing special about the card...decent for 90 days then its useless....might as well go with the Citi Double Cash...which earns you 2% all the times, or even the Discover It Chrome....
