It even comes in orange (got an offer in the mail a while back).

Discover now has chip cards too. Remember the chip is primarily for the bank's benefit. Yours is just a lucky bonus. First Premier can't be losing money to counterfeit card fraud, don't you know that keeping fraud down is how they keep their fees so low?

It is actually chip and pin, my mom has one. Sometimes that's the only card you can get....

The thing is...It's really not. There is a plethora of cards out there for people with damaged, bad or no credit.

Wait, medwar1, it is chip and PIN??? As in chip transactions normally require the PIN? Like we all want and no major US bank is willing to offer? That's ridiculous.

Someone order it as I just got declined a CC and can't take another HP and find out if it is chip and pin... I will throw in a dollar towards the annual fee!

It wouldn't shock me if it was chip and PIN. Most of their customers probably only have one card so the too many PIN to remember argument doesn't apply and there are fraud issues that apply more to sub sub prime customers.
