You need to acquire an advocate at BMO Harris to make it his mission to fix the problem. If it were me, I would be pretty blunt about how BMO has let me down and what I need to restore my faith in their bank and not fool around with flunky, low-level CSR personnel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe a lengthy email detailing your experience might be more helpful than a phone call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck—starting now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been many others who comment about how persistent they are trying to get BMO to fix their Diners Club issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless the stars align, those calls and letters are useless.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Well the WoW in the topic title is in a Negative way.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Elite card was approved on Nov 14, and i still have not received my elite card in the mail. Every tome i spoke to them couple of days before, they always told me that card shipped out today...or yesterday, If i calculate how many times my card was shipped, I should have about dozen elite cards in my wallet. &amp;nbsp;Now here comes new story today...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was told today that my account is locked, and the person who locked it is someone in Harris Bank in Milwaukee &amp;nbsp;Branch, in WI, and she is a PERSONAL BANKER. Then i was transferred to her, and she tells me that &amp;nbsp;multiple CSR's tried to issue you the card to no avail... and they dont know why their system is not generating a complete request.. e.g. system will generate the request for card and next day system would say card shipped. BUT that is only in the system... no request reaches their card making dept. and she is looking into it. My * cardless* account has already hit with 300 annual fee and the due date if 01/14/15 &amp;nbsp;i think.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The worst part i think is , when she said she is not sure WHEN this will be taken care of and WHEN my card will be on its way. And for the Elite, 3X unlimited points for groceries that are transferable to air and hotel partners.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not interested in 3x category things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Car rental companies like SIXT match the elite status of mastercard with their platinum status. and platinum members can have double upgrades in the US. and some % discount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can reserve Luxury SUV like cadillac SRX for 49 bucks a day, and then after double upgrade I will get BMW X5 or MB-GL class. @ LAX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I love cars and poor man at same time , cant afford those cars to buy or lease, &amp;nbsp;Its just that while on vacation in January I can enjoy my vacation to the fullest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can&amp;nbsp;relate&amp;nbsp;my exprience&amp;nbsp;regarding the Elite card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I applied on 11/11 and received the 7-15 business days reply. Eventually, I called in early December after the 15th business day had elapsed and was told that the account was approved and awaiting card shipment. I called again on 12/13 with the intention of canceling my application and demanding a retraction of the hard credit pull since they had not replied one way or another, in writing, within 30 days. However, the CSR told me that the card had shipped on the 12th with "expedited delivery". On the 18th I received the PIN and on the 19th (Expedited!) I received the coveted Diners Club Card Elite. Incidently, the card shipped from the same state I reside in so it was a shock to me that it took a full week to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Activation, bank account registration, and rewards accrual were&amp;nbsp;just exactly what one should&amp;nbsp;expect—no problem. It's nice that the points post as soon as the transactions post. I hadn't expected that. I have used the card a half dozen times for normal spend without any difficulties. Nor would I expect any given the limited use of the card. I would not suffer a shutdown kindly as nothing could be interpretted as "abuse". I think I would just have to eat the hard pull and take the time to physically send back the shreaded card along with my account closure request letter if that were to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same day I received the card I applied for an additional card via fax and I have yet to receive that card although a CSR confirmed receipt and told me that the second account number was issued for my authorized user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you need to talk to somebody with some actual authority and knowledge. Perhaps you could insist on speaking to a supervisor given the ongoing problems and insist that they overnight express you a card and send you a tracking number upon shipment. You could instead&amp;nbsp;cancel and insist on a hard pull retraction although I understand one being loath to forfeit his only oportunity to acquire the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the problems. For me it was just a lot of waiting but no SNAFUs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was very very hopefull to get my card but today personal banker told me to disregard that pin number...???? what? because thats NOT my account number? I asked her whats my account number if there is any? she told me , she dont see any, thats ANOTHER &amp;nbsp;problem they are looking into.. what? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;wow, Apparently with Diners Club, if the stars do not align precisely, then the whole system shuts down. I was lucky to get apped and delivered within a reasonable time frame. Sorry to hear about all the issues. It was a good choice on their part to shut down the apps until they can at least issue a card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sorry to read about your miserable experience(s).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My experience with Diners at least has been positive with regards to how easily I've been able to talk to a CSR. 1-800-2DINERS option 2 and I've connected pretty quickly the 3 or 4 times I felt the need to call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you've probably tried this but I'm just wondering if you&amp;nbsp;told your horrid tale to a supervisor and insisted that (S)HE&amp;nbsp;get to the bottom of this while you remain on hold, it might get things moving. You need to get one person from BMO Harris on the hook for the problem and make HIM&amp;nbsp;do the heavy lifting instead of shouldering so much yourself. The fact that you've received the PIN but not the card after so much time speaks volumes about how messed up your account application is. You need to acquire an advocate at BMO Harris to make it his mission to fix the problem. If it were me, I would be pretty blunt about how BMO has let me down and what I need to restore my faith in their bank and not fool around with flunky, low-level CSR personnel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe a lengthy email detailing your experience might be more helpful than a phone call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck—starting now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after reading a little further op. if you got your pin. it would have had a different number for the last 4. i would think your card is really on the way. i think after i got my pin. it took about 10 days for me to get the card. because of the weekend and etc. .... so it looks like you did get something at last from them. so maybe there will be a resolution at last.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
