What cool looking CC do you have?

everyone knows that the "black card" is the coolest looking one but what cool cards does anyone have in their wallet?

I actually really like my

Chase +1 Student Mastercard

I used to have the chase+1 student visa because I thought it looked cool (that was the only reason I applied, in fact). Once I got a black inNYC card from AmEx, though (NOT the Centurion, obviously, but still a black Amex), I product changed it over to the Chase Freedom, whose rewards are a lot more useful than "Karma Points".

well i got the student card because i am in fact a student. But chase freedom does seem better. how long do i need to wait to change it over?

I look at the rewards and usefulness first and foremost.

As a result, my cards are very, very boring!

But I do like my Hilton Honors Diamond Member card

I was just approved for but haven't received the Chase National Parks Conservation Card.

It has three grizzly bears in a forest/field setting w/ a faint green Chase emblem over the whole card.

I thought it looked pretty neat and I donate money back to the National Parks w/ every purchase.

I will say that I applied for AMEX Blue Cash back in 2004 because I thought it was cool looking. Yesterday I received a replacement Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards card and it's pretty cool as well. The card has texture...

I stopped using it (I used it for 6 months or so), waited another 6 months and then just asked about it. they said that was what they could give me, which I think is fine. they also gave me a 1500 bonus point enticement to use it more.

Have to say that I have never, ever heard of them. Are their CCs hard to get???

Yes very! It's rumored you need great credit and charge at least 250K a year.

Coutts??? Are you kidding me??? That's like... the bank you use if you're royalty, or something!! Although I guess they must have widened their net a bit if they're actually issuing Mastercards that you can, y'know, apply for and stuff...!

Honestly had no clue they even existed outside the UK (or do they not?)...!

(Ah... I see from their Wikipedia entry that they're owned by Royal Bank of Scotland these days, and Nat West before that... I had no idea they were owned by a regular high street bank!!)

I was approved recently for a WaMu PetSmart Rewards Visa and I got to upload a picture of my mini dachshund. I got an email the other day saying my uploaded picture was approved and I should be recieving my card in 1-2 weeks. Here's a sample of what it should look like.

Yeah, and me too!! Can I be an AU?? I can't even imagine pulling out a Coutts card in a restaurant or something... now THAT would have people going out of their way to be super-helpful for a tip.

I agree with fused. I love my Amex Blue and Amex Clear. My DH says the Clear looks like the Blue after the explosion.
