CITI DC Targeted Offers

Curious if anyone has recently received a targeted offer for the Double Cash card. I've been debating about apping to use as my general spend card (I PIF and always redeem more than $25 in rewards at a time) but am debating about holding out for a signup bonus. Zero percent offer is nice, but not needed at this time.

If there is another sign up bonus which I doubt because haven't heard of anyone getting it in awhile it will probably be 200 at the most. May or may not be worth waiting for if you really want the card. Because who knows when or if it'll happen. 200 bucks is 200 bucks but I wouldn't hold my breath on the bonus coming soon. Maybe when the card's novelty dies down and they want to draw people in

For what it's worth, one of the citi facebook reps told me it was a small target offer and due to the popularity of the card and the 2% payout, they don't plan to continue the $200 target signon or ever make it open to the general public. He also mentioned a lot of displeasure with the amount of people trying to work them for the bonus without a mailer invite. Of course this could always change, take that with a grain of salt.
