What is your average credit line approval for recent apps

For your recent apps what is the average of your initial credit lines on your new cards when approved? What was you average credit line approval when starting out with credit cards?

For me I am averaging around 15k for my most recent app cycle (some cards are 20+ and other cards are around 10k). When I started back with credit my average approval was 4k.

$14K for Navy Fed, $5K for Chase Sapphire Preferred. I'm in the garden for a while!

Around 3-5k. I'm gardening all year, in hopes next year I can get some higher limits - my Discover is high because I've had it a long time, and Amazon is artifically higher because I combined it with a Freedom that I then closed.

01/2014 Average SL=2100

07/2014 Average SL=2250

01/2015 Average SL=8300

about 2 yrs ago it was hovering around 11-18k. Now its anywhere between 25-35k. My most recent approval this month was from Chase Sapphire Preferred which was 32k.

Here we go from last year:

1/14 Amazon Store Card $800

5/14 AMEX Green Card NPSL (shocked I was able to even get this card)

6/14 three apps for AMEX CC, no dice on all

6/14 CapitalOne Quicksilver VISA $1000

gardened until this month then

BoA AK Air Signature $5

AMEX EveryDay $10k

Chase Sapphire Preferred $18k

Before that AK Air Signature I had never been approved for a card or had a limit higher than $2k.

Gardening helped me out tremendously!

I think my last few months looks like:

PenFed - Denied

PenFed - Accepted for $500 Secured VISA

Diners Club - $20k

BECU - $8k LOC, CC Denied

US Bank Fred Meyer VISA $10k

Chase Marriott $6k

Golden1 - Denied (check back in 6 months)

Chase Hyatt $12k

Closing US Bank Travel Rewards VISA so subtract $17k

1/2014 (Last Year):

Amex BCP - Opened at $20k (now $30k)

1/2015:

Cap1 QS: Opened at $20k

Ritz Carlton: Opened at $34k

In the Garden till atleast 1/2016. I seem to enjoy apping in January of new years

Five of the seven cards in my sig are within the last 12 months.

3.14: Merrick Bank Visa, $1250 (now $2500)

8.14: Discover It, $3000

8.14: Chase Freedom, denied

1.15: Barclay NFL Visa Signature, $5000

1.15: Cap One Quicksilver Visa Platinum, $3000

1.15: Amex Everyday, $2000

When I first started(2010-2011):

Cap1 Secured: $200

Wells Fargo Secured: $500

Wells Fargo College Card: $1.1k

Discover It Student: $1.5k

These days(most recent apps):

10-2014 - Chase United Explorer 32k

05-2014 - Barclay Arrival 12k

Usually around $2k as a starting limit. Some apps have been $5k and the lowest I get now is $1k.
