Now I'm curious what it would take to qualify for the lowest APR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has more to do with the totality of your credit profile. Not just your score. If you have a lot of new credit, and too many inquiries, it will affect what apr you get. Your credit score is just one of many things CCC look at. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, my credit history was only a year at the time so that is why. Did get approved for $3.5k though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then 7 months later, applied for Sallie Mae and instant approved for 13.99% APR. What a difference half a year makes...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I applied for my Freedom card I was in the 750-760 FICO range and got the lowest tier APR (13.99). I have never been late and have no other negative items on my reports. At the time I had 4 other CCs and my oldest card was 3+ years old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
