Are you complaining? From what I understand, the WEMC has slightly better benefits than the WMC.

Citi Customer service... Go figure. I don't do business with that bank just because I hear their CS department is an absolute mess.

I think that's considered an upgrade. Sounds like you're doing something right. Feels good doesnt it? I did a happy dance on my porch in 2 degree weather when Chase sent me a new card that was a Visa siggy after 3 months.

Easy peesy, Citi wants to be your only lender. That'll be $10 please (I only get .55 after publisher costs :c )

Hi OP, yes due to the merger of AA and US Air they "upgraded" all AA platinum cards to world elite, you should notice the new look also.....no big whoop (unless you actually use the world benefits) they have been doing this slowly since last Oct??? Anyway now it's YOUR turn!! LOL enjoy!
