      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't PC to that one because it's not a real AMEX. &amp;nbsp;It is FIA/B of A. &amp;nbsp;Only stuff issued by Centurion Bank can be PC'd.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;and even then when you want to PC a charge card to a revolver you cant . it can be revolver to another revolver or charge to another charge card&lt;/P&gt;</description>
