Please help! Cap 1 indicated "missing info on their denial letter"

Hi,
I recently started my credit journey and i did manage to get 4 credit cards: 1 from Bank of America (secured) , 2 cards from Capital 1 (classic platinum and journey), 1 secured from us bank. Previously, on all letters of denial i did receive a specific reason, in most cases excessive enqs or limited credit. These time around tgey said that my info is missing or unavailable ( i applied for spark classic business card. Yeah, a week ago they as per my request increased limits on both cards i have, so i guess at that time they managed to find all information. Today i contacted their EO and was told some BS:"Im not a credit advisor, cant discuss with you reasons for denial." Has anyone experienced this before? I cant pull my credit now to see if they actually did hard pull me. Pls help

I forgot to mention that i didnt flag my accoubt with fraud alert, nor there is a freeze. All my personal info provided to cap1 is correct. I doubled checked on the letter of denial

They give this reason to people with really short credit history . After 6-7 months of payments you should be good to apply anywhere .

Thanks, you saved my day! Strangely enough, their classic business card only requires "average", thus limited history
