BoA wait times for CS?

Anybody else having over 30 min. wait times when calling BoA? WOW cancelling a card and between yesterday and today (on hold NOW for 33 min. and counting)! This is nuts, I understand "busy" but two days in a row? I don't feel bad about closing account now! LOL

LOL thanks sun, still on hold, yay for a speaker phone, YOU realize I will be in the bathroom when they come on line!! LOL At least I am in front of a computer getting some things done!

I wish sapingo, when I called yesterday (less time on hold as today, only 30 min about) I asked if they would PC to the better balance card.....on hold for another 15 min. NOT KIDDING here, and then they said no, I should have closed the card yesterday....LOL

They have been doing this with me too, i throught i was being singled out for some reason, so now i just call the customer satisfaction or retention backdoor numbers if i need something, i get a nice rep much faster!

Customer Satisfaction Department: 1-855-359-9459 or 1-888-991-8222

Retentions: 1-800-770-6459

Thanks Linux, nice to have those numbers I still have a BoA travel card so those numbers will come in handy!
