Chase pulled EX for my freedom.

Cap1 pulls all three, Amex is the only one I know who will pull EX more often than not.

Based on my own experience, and location may very:

Macy's, but if it was frozen then they will pull EQ

AMX

Sam's Club

Banana Republic

JCPenny

Barclay they like to pulled EXP as a second credit report, and of course Capital One they will pull all of the 3 .
