Probably yes. She could also use online billpay feature provided by her checking account. Add your card as a payee and send the payment. Takes only 1 business day.

Why cannot you pay it yourself?

I paid a bill for her. She needs to pay me back. A bank account is out the question. It's either this way, money order, or Western Union(would be like $50 dollars to send).

yes...just have her verify the account holder name and address. that's waht i do when i make deposits to family members.

If she owes you, there are much better ways to pay you back, instead of paying your CC bill.

eg. all major banks let you send money to someone using email or phone number.

She would need a bank account to withdraw the funds.

For arguments sake, let's say she doesn't have one.
