Chase Slate Fico Email-- Now My Account is Locked Out

I contacted Chase about 7 days ago requesting myfico score for my slate card (card is 7 months old). I was told my slate was not eligible for the fico score but a specialist will contact me within 14 days to let me know.

So today I logged into my chase account, saw a link in the right corner telling me I can access the fico score. I cleck on it and get an internal message error.

So about 2 hours ago I get this email, I follow the link and enter my chase info. I then get another internal message error and now my accounts are not able to login. I rather write this post then deal with chase right now lol. This is worktime problem work out. but annoying non the less annoying.

Sound like a technical snafu, probably related to the transition of the two different products. Just call them up and let them know.

for sure, I am kind of mad at myself for how I did this. It acted as like I should set up an entire new account for my Slate. So instead I entered the same login/ user info. I was waiting for it to tell me sorry, that user name/ log in is alreadty taken. But instead, it allowed it up until I got to the box to check mark terms and conditions for the slate fico.

So i guess if anyone else gets this email, set up your new slate card with a new log in and I guess have to pay that card seperately or eventually merge the accounts via customize my account page, which doh! I should have just done. I just thought again, they would say enter a different user name.

Interesting. I got my new card and have the link on my login page, but I never got an email like that. Of course I'm getting Error 3305, so it's not like I've got anything better, but interesting how we've seen this handled 17 different ways by Chase.
