So I bought the first 4 and once it posted, I made a $2000 payment. Then, Barclays held my payment for 10 business days! Yes that's a long time! So I couldn't turn around and buy the other 4 tickets. I resorted to using another CC to buy the remaining 4. A little upset that I lost out on those 2x AA miles, I contacted Barclays via Facebook. Told them what happened and guess what.... They added 6700 miles to my US Airways card as an apology for the hold. Whoa! Gotta love that social media team!! Always surprising me with great love, Barclays!!
