Ok thats good news I was an little nervous they shut down all three of my cards with my 180k UR sitting there, if i lost all those poitns i would be quite sad

Yes! I logged in a alittle bit ago and got the same message. I was freaking out since I was just approved for the Marriott thought maybe they shut down my accounts.I gave them a buzz and was informed that the site is experiencing issues and to give it a couple hours.

omg i just had a heart attack. I have applied for so many new accounts i thought they closed everything. Thank god i am not the only one.

Looks like the automated phone is still working i called the number on the back of my freedom card. I then called the CSP number they said the wait time is over ten mins lol, those poor CSR.

My wife was freaking. She tried logging in to her Disney Premier to move points from the account to the redemption card for our trip next week and nothing came up.

I'm experiencing this as well. Everything is normal though in terms of my bank accounts with them, so this must be credit card specific.

Mine is completely on the blink too. Can log in ok but everything says UNAVAILABLE

Sorry i didn't read this posted about their system. Grrrrr Why don't they just do that in the middle of the night or weekends like everybody else?
