      <description>I don't think there is an overlimit fee. See if you can get a SP CLI and then you'll be able to charge the whole amount. (Maybe explain to CSR what you're planning on doing.)</description>

First of all, due to CARD act over limit fees are illegal, unless you have specifically opted into them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Second, if you push a payment to the DC before there are charges on it, you will not get 1% on payments. You will only get 1% on charges.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try a CL increase (SP) or charge only 3k.</description>

Based on my personal experience, I think it will work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The current plan is to charge $3000 on the card (netting $60 cashback) and pay $200 with cash/check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this idea works, it would net $62 cash back (a $2/1% loss as you've pointed out but nevertheless a $2 gain), and more importatnly, less hassle of having to split up payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
