Man, wishing I had a QS right now, as I use Uber a lot. MIGHT have to apply

Today, Uber and Capital One are excited to announce a partnership that enables Uber riders to get 20% back as a statement credit on every Uber ride through April 2016 when they pay with Quicksilver from Capital One. The offer applies globally in more than 300 cities where Uber operates.

Uber really seems to like CC deals given they also give 2x MR with Amex.

Very tempting, but not nearly enough to app over for me.

And FYI, this applies to the QS1 too:

Any Uber rider paying with a Quicksilver or QuicksilverOne card will receive a 20% credit on their card statement on all rides taken through April 30, 2016.

I use uber weekly and get 2x points on amex. Id totally set my quicksilver visa on uber for 20 percent back!

Just saw this on another website, this is an amazing deal for me as I take regular $75 and $100 reimbursable Uber rides for work, and I already have a Quicksilver. I can't believe it's for a year too!

awww, I've never Ubered. Too bad this promotion ends in about a week. Edit....oops ends April 2016 I guess there's still time!!

Could they have done this just a few days earlier? I've used Uber several times in the last week, and paid with my QS, while my car has been out of commission. Well I just picked up my new car yesterday. Hopefully the $29 trip to the dealership will count since it hasn't posted yet.

I never used this Uber app before but i think it will save me money.. What do you guys think . Rent a car after arrival at airports or use Uber and get the 20% back ..

I'm a big fan of Uber. I use Uber at times when you would get a taxi or black car. Can't remeber the last time I hailed a taxi or called a car service.

But when you say "rent a car"...do you mean like, rent a car for a week type of thing?
