Nice little free $40 for anyone with a SAMs club membership. I know these are targeted but this is the first really useful one that I've gotten besides lowes.

If you aren't a Sam's Club member, I believe they just add on 10% to the price.

However, assuming there's a Sam's Club close by, you might consider getting the Sam's Club membership Groupon that's going on now for $45. That comes with a $20 gift card to Sam's Club as well as some coupons.

They have certain gift cards on sale for 20% off with free shipping...unfortunately none I'm interested in but they aren't too bad

Woo hoo! Thanks, OP. Didn't find it on my personal Costco AmEx, but found it on my CostCo Business AmEx. Also found the offer on the AmEx Offers page on FaceBook and added it to my Fidelity AmEx.

Just go to https://sync.americanexpress.com/twitter/Index and follow the instructions to link your Twitter and card (only one card can be linked per Twitter account, so, if you have more than one card you'll have to make multiple Twitter accounts).

After your card is linked, all you have to do is Tweet a message and include "#AmexSamsClub" (without the quotes of course). If done properly you should get a response to your tweet telling you you've successfully enrolled in the promotion.

Well, gift cards won't work with this, I believe. Also, it's online only as they don't take Amex in store.

It was harder for me to use this than I thought it would. Also, it showed up at samsclub.com online photo for some reason so not sure if I'm gonna have to fight to get the credit or not. (I chose things that had free shipping; which might be why it said online photo.. not sure..

It seems like everyone was having issues with their purchases coding as "ONLINE PHOTO" (which is excluded from the offer). Here's hoping that once the charge actually posts it comes up properly.

The terms didn't seem to exclude gift card purchases, by the way. I'm personally just going to wait and see if the charges post properly and that people are getting AMEX credit for their purchases before I do anything.

I agree. On one of my accounts I ordered some gardening sheers and some cleaner that together was 23 or so we shall see.

My card offered it on the Everyday card.

My family member's offered it on their BCP.
