Costco TrueEarnings From Amex to Citi Conversion..

Given the upcoming Amex to Citi credt card conversion...

Do you believe that we will receive a credit line to credit line match when we're moved over to Citi? If so, and given how more "generous" Amex seems to be on CLIs, it might make sense to request any CLIs sooner rather than later.. I know there's no guarantee that Citi would match Amex's credit line, but IMO it seems harder and more impacting to our credit scores to request CLI's from Citi given a possible hard pull.

DW has a CostCo Amex card. She doesn't speculate about what's going to happen to it, but I do. I speculate until I'm blue in the face, lol. Maybe she'll get a new Citi card as well as a new Amex card, both kept at her 1985 opening date and each of them better than the TrueEarnings card, with higher credit limits and eye-popping benefits in all kinds of colors and flavors. I can't wait!

WOW... 1985!!! That's awesome.. While I already have some citi cards, I'm sure there are others who will benefit from the conversion if they've been trying to get into citi.. I hope they at least keep the CLs the same... I'm pretty excited to see the new card..
