A week ago i called Boa to change my cash rewards to a travel rewards ultimately they said it could not be done. then i asked to get my cash rewards to be upgraded to a visa siggy. they said they have to submit a request and it would take about a week.

so today i log in into my boa acct. and out of no where my card was changed to travel rewards visa siggy. i was like what? they had said no.

so i called to make sure and they said yup it was approved , a analyst or someone saw your request was denied when you call and did the change and the upgrade to visa siggy. is that still what you want ... i told him yeah thats good

so in the end i got what i wanted but very odd indeed!

Congrats!! BOA has been an awesome cc company for me. In 08 I started out with a $99/$500 limit Brighter Planet Visa and now hold two $5k cards with them, one being a siggy. Treat them good and pay on time they will reward you! Congrats again!!
