Moving credit limits around with citi?

I finally got approved for the citi double cash card and wondering can I close my citi simplicity card which has a $5,400 limit and move it to my DC card? It only has a $2,500 limit the DC

From what I have read they require a HP do move lines which I think is odd.

Really? They just took a HP to approve me for the DC....

According to credit karma and chase I have around 30 inqs on each of my reports with EX having over 35. A lot are dropping off around 10 in July so I might wait then

Yeah they will most likely HP and you will get a variety of results. Sometimes the EO is more helpful but it will be another HP as well.

Confirm I moved three accounts CL around through the Citi EO and it was an HP October 2014.

Depending on the card they may not even let you move the entire limit, that's how it's been for me.

PCs are not HP - that policy hasn't changed (knock on wood).
