    <title>topic CC Problem Just Want to Vent in Credit Cards</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;Early in the week two weeks ago, my cap one online site said "activate the new card we sent." &amp;nbsp;I thought that was odd since I just activated my Venture upgrade. &amp;nbsp;Turns out, it was for my Quicksilver (they added the chip). &amp;nbsp;I called and a CSR I could hardly understand told me it was sent April 29. &amp;nbsp;She told me to wait till the end of the week and see if I receive it and call back if I didn't. &amp;nbsp;May 16th came and I still did not receive it and they said to call Weds of the following week if I still don't receive it. &amp;nbsp;I start to get concerned since the card is the same account number as the one I have. &amp;nbsp; I call the 20th and they tell me again to wait this time till the 23rd, so &amp;nbsp;I did. &amp;nbsp;When I call on the 23rd I get another CSR I can not understand tell me to wait until mid this week to call one more time. &amp;nbsp;I was starting to get frustrated but I'm not the type to be rude on the phone so I let it go until this week. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I go to my online account yesterday and it shows my Venture card and Business card but my quicksilver card is locked bc I haven't activated the card lol. &amp;nbsp;I called &amp;nbsp;and fortunately somone answered that I could tell was in the United States and she said "oh my, you should've received this the first week of May. &amp;nbsp;lol &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So she offers to send it again with a new number and says I will get it in 4-6 business days......so we will see. &amp;nbsp;Kind of frustrated since this was my primary card that I put everything on and my rent and PIF each month for the cash back. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought it was odd the whole time because Cap One has always (in my 5 year history with them) sent me an email telling me my card had been mailed, which I didn't receive this time. &amp;nbsp;I think I'm the only person on here who has always liked Capital One, although this has kind of annoyed me. &amp;nbsp;Anyway, hopefully it comes this time. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for letting me vent &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
