SCHEELS Visa ?? Never heard of them

A new athletic store (HUGE) just opened up not too long ago where I live. I've never heard of them before. They are along the lines of Dicks and Academy. Anyway, anyone looking for a new card they have one. Rewards are very basic, and it's backed by First Bankcard (FNBO)...I'm sure someone wants this.. LOL

You have to spend $834 to get a $25 GC? Pass.

I get nearly 10% with my Dick's Sporting goods card with the bonus points offers they send.

Didnt say I was gonna get this, LOL...I said SOMEONE im sure here on the forums LOVES FNBO, or FNBO loves them, and wants it to add to their collection, LOL...I live 4 min from Dicks!! I LOVE THAT STORE!

People have some twisted minds!
I just meant that Dick's was hard to deal with.
As I get older though, they have softened up a bit.

Scheels is a huge sporting goods store with locations in Sioux Falls, Fargo, and other cities in the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest.

Why would any place want to use FNBO for CC underwritting though.. Just like overstock... Just way to strick to get customers approved..One would think you would want to use a less strict lender aka Sync/Commedity or any other bank except FNBO!

Lucrative contract perhaps. I have a feeling their cobrand cards aren't as strict as others for defacto U/W criteria. Keep in mind most people here apply for cards about 400-5,000% more often than the average public.

True although overstock MC was still tough from what I heard... Granted yes most people have 3-5 cards then there are us people

LOL - Of all my apps in the 2015 app spree I've done, them and Lowes are the only ones with a flat out NO. The Lowes was because I closed a card with them within the past 12 months. FNBO flat out said no after I had a pre-qualified offer for a Sheetz gas card!!
