One of the things on my want list is a "just in case" low interest rate card. I like USAA so, among others, I'm looking at their Rate Advantage card. It has a range of APR's with the low at 6.9%. Anybody have this one? And, if so, what starting line and APR did you get?

I don't have USAA cards, but I did pick up the FNBO 6.25% APR, 1.5% cash back card.

If your are interested, you would have to apply in the next 2 days though. Just select 'nebraska' as your state then when the application form comes up, fill that out properly with your correct state.

https://www.firstnational.com/common/shared/amex/amex_march_landing.html?ecid=150204OMACRD0073PTMMS1NAA

FNBO is famous for rejecting people that have a lot of inquiries in the past year.
