Mail wait time for NFCU card?

Hello all. I am getting ansy. My card info was sent over for processing etc on 5/19 according to the rep and still no card. I called on Thursday last week and she told me this. Should I call again or is it normal to take this long for it to come in the mail?

That seems a little longer than normal.

On a related note, if you're referring to the cashRewards card I just noticed they have a bonus, spend $1500 in 90 days get $150 back. If you call ask about that also.

I forget what number to call. Do I just call the 1800 number? Or is there a card servicing dept?

Just checked their website and didn't see a card servicing dept.

I believe I've always called this number for assistance: 1-888-842-6328
