Capital One Pre-Qual question?

Tried the Pre-Qual and was selected for 2 cards(QS1,C1P) I already have these cards. Do they(CO) do not know I already have these cards? I was hoping to see pre-qual for Venture.

From what I understand, you can get multiple of the same card. Could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I have read that before.

The general rule of thumb is you can have a two of their lower tier cards (classic platinum, journey, QS1), and a total of 5 cards including QS, Venture, and VentureOne.

ok thanks for the info, I guess I'll wait to hopefully see one of the Venture Cards one day on the Pre-Qual.

What's weird is that I have two of their lower tier cards like you do, yet I don't see a preqaul for more of them.
