Game 1 is Thursday, so Id start using the card Friday until the Finals ends. I dont trust corporations, especially banks. I dont want any monkey business accruing my 5x points.

Same here. In fact, I'm paying off my Pelicans season tickets during that 2-week span, on top of moving *ALL* of my monthly bills to this account to be paid in a 2-week span. THEY WILL PAY FOR FOR THEIR GENEROSITY

They are also giving 5000 points once you spend $250 in the same period on groceries or gas, PLUS the 5 points per dollar.

So did anybody figure out how to pay this freaking card WITHOUT using their own retarded system? I mean pushing money over to BBVA seems impossible as ALL bill pay systems I've tried result in something like a "wrong zip code" error and I can't set up this account anywhere...

Yes, I've tried over a dozen different Alabama zip codes by now I could find on any BBVA sites. All end with the same result - invalid. One of them was actually on a Facebook page when they responded to a customer who asked the same question. I emailed the support and they gave me a non-working zip code as well...
