    <description>&lt;P&gt;my wife and i have a joint account, where i'm the primary (even those she has better credit, just for the record they only checked mine for the issue of card).&amp;nbsp; I got this with two different browsers, i closed both browsers got the message again.&amp;nbsp; finaly i shut down and then restarted and it worked fine (this was shut down at night and restart in the morning those) hope this helps or you get it fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know a few of us have had the "a condition exists" message when requesting an increase on our NFCU credit cards. You either clear your cookies or use another browser and it works itself out. Well I've done all of that and it still gives me the same message, but only on my joint account with my partner. I am the primary and have had no issues requesting limits on my individual cards. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
