    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received alerst that&amp;nbsp;both Loft and VS did HPs for my CLI yesterday. &amp;nbsp;I have never had this happen. &amp;nbsp;Anyone else? &amp;nbsp;Is this normal&amp;nbsp;when using the Comenity luv button? &amp;nbsp;I am kind of mad about it. &amp;nbsp;I wouldn't have done it had I known&amp;nbsp;they were going to HPs &amp;nbsp;:/&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several cards with Comenity, most over 1 year old... I had no problem requesting CLI's on some of my cards, but now when I try to hit the luv button, it refreshes on the same screen, as if nothing happens. I received a secure message with a letter from Comenity. It says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are responding to your request for a credit limit increase. In some instances, it is necessary for us to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P align="left"&gt;review your credit history to process your request. Based on information in your credit bureau report we&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P align="left"&gt;are required to contact you using the information you provided to the credit bureau. Since we were not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;able to contact you with the information provided, we cannot complete the processing of your request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial" size="2"&gt;Has anyone seen this before? The rep didn't really have an answer for me. He said he could do my CLI request, but it would be a HARD pull.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same issue -&amp;nbsp;CLI screen just refreshes to the same income page. &amp;nbsp;I have not received any secure messages. &amp;nbsp;My statement cuts in a couple of days. &amp;nbsp;I was going to wait until then and send a message or give them a call. &amp;nbsp;So weird.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not getting that exact message, but I've been getting something simlar for almost a month now.&amp;nbsp;All of my Comenity cards immediately give me this message when hitting the LUV button:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank you for your interest in a credit limit increase. To complete your request, we need more information. Please call the Customer Care team at blah blah blah...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are reports of users having to allow Comenity to perform a HP to get a CLI, but that's usually a checkbox on the screen. I've also seen reports of my issue resolving itself after a couple of months, so I'm hoping it does.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i had the same issue with my Express card. they told me to call and i did, spoke to&amp;nbsp;a rep and said another rep would call me back. no return call. got letter in mail stating since they weren't able to reach me my request was declined. happened about 3 times and i gave up. they eventually gave me a CLI but i dont know how they did when they claimed they couldn't reach me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having problem with macys. they wanted me to call and i did, verified everything. they said i have a fraud alert on my credit report (which i finally figured it out and finally wrote to equifax to take it off). still to this day, macys keeps saying they cant verify my info to process my request but i dont have any problems using my macys card at their store. LOL&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This morning I received the same secure message as the OP for my VS acct. I tried the luv button again and this time I got the 7-10 day message. My 6th statement cuts tomorrow and I know they don't usually give increases until 9 months but I was glad to see the button was working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried my Loft card and got $250 increase. It had previously not been working....I just kept getting the income page refreshed. Seems like they may have been doing some site updates. Maybe that created a problem. Who knows. Excited about my CLI though.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had this issue for a few months now. I had a fraud alert on my Equifax&amp;nbsp;report and my number to contact me at. Since I had that on there I would get that message and the screen would not do anything. I called VS and they explained to me since I had the fraud alert they could not increase my limit unless they contacted me which they never did!!! &amp;nbsp;Very frustrating. So Back in May I removed the fraud alert and some cs rep at VS said I need a phone number on report. Then Equifax said my bank would need to report it I could not add it. Again very frustrating. So I called VS back, another cs rep told the phone number issue does not matter to wait a few weeks for them to get a new updated credit report that they had not received the update. I gave up and will just wait until the holidays.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I received an alert from Experian that New York and Co did a hard pull. Maybe it was meant for VS since they are both Comenity, anyway that prompted me to go to the NYCO site and hit the luv button and lo and behold got an increase from 1800k to 2200k. Before this hard pull it was also acting like it was refreshing and not giving me an answer. Tried to go to VS and hit the luv button and nope, did not move did not do anything&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img id="smileytongue" class="emoticon emoticon-smileytongue" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif" alt="Smiley Tongue" title="Smiley Tongue" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
