I currently have visa signature, world mastercard elite and the citi prestige options for concierge services. Which would be the best to use?

I have only used the Citi Prestige concierge service and I have to say I was very impressed. Used them to book hotel and rent a car for my trip to Ireland.

More sway with restraurants and other businesses (ability to get hard reservations etc) was what I was thinking about due to the number of customers they have (granted I don't have any independent knowledge about the topic and its just a speculation). I would also be interested in what percentage of visa signature/wemc holders actually ever use their concierge (many probably don't even know about it).

Better service includes getting you what you want. It's still the same.

Better service includes getting you what you want. It's still the same.

Agree. I've used Saks WE, Diners Elite, Merrill+, RITZ, Prestige concierge services and while there have been slight variations in results, they've all been formidable and exceeded my expectations. I'm going to test others that I recently obtained (i.e. Fidelity Private Client, etc.) and see how they stack.

For what its worth, Citi Prestige concierge service got me tickets to a sold out concert last weekend. I called the same day as the concert and it was no issue. Ive also had great luck with Amex Platinum concierge service. I cant really comment on other services as I have not tried them.

all of the concierge services for the bank specific cards are outsourced. they're not employees of the financial institutions.
