ALL Cap one cards have no FTF. Plus their prequals are pretty solid, and I haven't heard that they care much at all about inquiries.

Also, most dedicated travel cards will have no FTF.

Hyatt. But be careful about Discover IT. Although it has no FTF, many places in the caribbean will not take it. Do not make it your only card.

OP, everyone's throwing cap out there, but I'm seeing a high amex, and disco limit, while your cap is $300...

Why not do some homework on your disco, as you give mention to high pull counts, and nothing about util, or balances?

Just renewed my daughter's British passport and was glad I had a Capital One card available to pay no FTF on the fee I had to pay to the British government.

As stated already, all Capital One cards have no FTF, from the lowliest Platinum to whatever it is they have at the high end (Venture?).

OP you can also request a CLI with cap one. It's a soft pull. If your credit is decent try for the Venture. I'm fairly certain the minimum limit is 5k
