Discover It activation delayed

I have not been able to activate Discover It because I am currently overseas on bussiness. Card has been delivered, but no one there to activate it. Is there any problem if you activate it 2 - 3 weeks after receiving card? I hope they wont cancel it. Thanks for any advice.

You should be fine. It won't be cancelled.

From my knowledge, you have 30 days to activate the card. So your fine.

It took me close to a month or more to activate my Discover card.

Shouldn't be a problem.

Same with my USAirways card, over a month for sure before activation. They kept on calling me and nagging me to activate.
